What personal data do we collect?

1. Membership registration:
   When you register for a membership with us, we collect and store your address, contact details, and health information. This information is essential for generating a PDF contract, to help us manage your membership and ensuring your are fit for the sport of your choosing.
2. Contacting us:
   When you contact us through our website, we collect and store your contact details and the content of your message. This helps us to respond to your inquiries and improve our services.
3. Spam detection:
   To help detect spam, we inspect and temporarily store your IP address and browser user agent string. This information is used solely for spam detection.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
