Minimal required clothing in both BJJ and MMA are sports shorts and t-shirts.
In BJJ Gi classes a traditional uniform is worn and and in MMA classes gloves are needed.

This offer is only applicable to adults.
Every beginner starts as a white belt. From there, you progress through higher belt ranks based on skill, time, and dedication.
Between each belt promotion, you earn stripes, which mark your progress. Each stripe represents a quarter of the journey to the next belt. After earning your fourth stripe, you’re eligible for a promotion to the next belt.
For adults, the belt progression is as follows:
1. White
2. Blue
3. Purple
4. Brown
5. Black
Children follow a different belt system, with additional ranks and colored bars to signify progress before a belt change. The system includes the following colors and stages:
1. Grey with White Bar
2. Grey
3. Grey with Black Bar
4. Orange with White Bar
5. Orange
6. Orange with Black Bar
7. Yellow with White Bar
8. Yellow
9. Yellow with Black Bar
10. Green
The white bar signifies the first promotion within a belt, followed by no bar for the next, and finally a black bar before transitioning to a new belt color.
